Funding: Bourses d’études du Service de Coopération et d’Action Culturelle (Institut Français du Cameroun). 

My PhD deals with the issue of the illegal wildlife trade in Cameroon and the demand generated by large urban markets. The objectives of my research at EDB is to trace the market network of some of the most heavily traded taxa (notably, pangolins and primates) using genetic tools.
