March 25th 2019: Samantha Aguillon joined PANGO-GO.

I am in the first year of my Master’s degree in Biodiversity, Ecology and Evolution at Université Paul Sabatier, Toulouse, France. The objective of my internship at EDB is to assess the genetic structure of the white-bellied pangolin (Phataginus tricuspis) in the Lower Guinean forest Block using newly developed microsatellite markers. My final aim is to evaluate the contribution of the microsatellite-based approach in tracing the trade of pangolins at the regional scale.
